Pizza Hut - Central Point

I paid 31.72 for one the wrong order and a tiny personal size pizza and 6 wings that were wrong and then tried to be fixed I got Buffalo and they put honey BBQ but realized it was wrong and slapped some Buffalo on top just a drizzle tho pizza was wrong also! This pizza hut used to be the best in town now its gone down hill.

I ordered 2 pizzas one was correct the other was not. I tried calling the store multiple times and all I got was the online service that would transfer me to the store. The store would not pickup the calls at all. One call I was immediately hung up on after 7 minutes and 53 seconds.Edit Finally got ahold oh pizza hut and they are going to fix my order, by preparing the wrong pizza

After calling a local number, I found that I was speaking with someone outside of the country who literally ignored my questions, as if I didn't ask. I'm guessing because they don't speak English as a native language. I gave up and hung up.

Impossible to get ahold of the manager when you have a problem.Forty five dollars wasted.

I love pizza hut. But this pizza hut is terrible! Atleast it was tonight. I ordered two pizzas through pizza hut directly. I got one. The delivery driver couldn't get ahold of them. I couldn't get ahold of them (by phone) and the pizza hut corporate couldn't either. The driver drove back and the kid wouldn't give him my pizza until the driver insisted on it. I got my second pizza and hour later and cold. The driver said there were two teenagers working there. The phone was ringing and noone answered (while he was there) and a lobby full of customers who were all annoyed because they weren't being helped either. That info was from the delivery driver himself. Try the medford one. It's so much better!
