Recently had VERY complex water leak at our home. The Mitigation Team at Claudio Alvarez Construction, led by Joseph Patterson, guided us through this stressful, overwhelming event. I felt completely informed and confident in their work throughout the entire process. The Team is well-organized, efficient, and prioritizes excellent communication. Each member of the Team including: Hunter, Dominic, Luke, Noah, and Jeremiah, treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. Each of them went the extra mile and treated our home as if it were their own.I would HIGHLY recommend Claudio Alvarez to anyone needing mitigation services.

I haven't used their business but if their driving is as bad as their work, I'd suggest people look elsewhere. A truck pulling a trailer cut me off twice in one day. I constantly see their employees on the phones while driving. Might want to be mindful of your driving when you have your company name blasted on all the vehicles.

What a great crew! Steve and Jack went to great lengths to get their pros, Justin, Zach, Boone and Rudy, on the job. Neat and tidy. And even my dogs enjoyed their company.

Although we are just through the first stage of our cleanup of a water leak in our kitchen (which is the mitigation process), things are going very smooth and we could not be happier with Joey and his crew, Hunter, Dominic, and Luke. They are always on time, very communicative, extremely courteous about their work and how they do it, and a friendlier bunch of guys would be hard to find. We are very happy with Claudio Alvarez Construction thus far, and we look forward to a timely and suitable finish to our restoration job. Thanks guys!

We just checked off the last few little things in our water leak turned remodeling project on our 63 year old house. They made sure we were happy with how it turned. I took a couple plcs today so you can see how they left out place looking. It took a while due to waiting for items we ordered, the middle of supply chain and shipping issues, and a few breaks as ours was not their only project. We changed out doors, added lighting, new floors, hearth step tile and it all came together as you can see in pics. We hated our kitchen for 20 years, but we’ve been enjoying it now. They had great sub contractors for electrical, plumbing, and gas line work too.Services: Flooring
