Przekaż informację zwrotnąAlways been to ruxley and love this place. This time I went to the restaurant and ordered 2 hot sandwiches and a jam Sandwich for my daughter who is a toddler. The restaurant was very busy. At 2pm. We had to wait 40 mins until I asked the waitress behind the till to see where it was. I was told it was being made now. I could see this had been missed or forgotten again being busy this happens. I feel what was missing was when you arrive there should be someone explaining there might be up to 30 min wait for hot food due to the amount of people. Very disappointed this time more so because as a parent trying to control a toddler waiting for food for 50 mins is a challenge. When we recieved the food there was no apology or anything. I feel communication from staff needs to be better. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
I’m sorry, but we had a poor experience. We ordered via the QR code brilliant. Then it started to go wrong. Our order was delivered over a 30 minute period. In the end we still had 1 drink missing and were told there was no order for it?! The tables were dirty and full of used plates etc the food we had was not worth the price. Love Ruxley, but the Mulberry Tree was having a bad day. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
