Olive 3 Pizza - Central Dr, Hornchurch

The take away is extremely outdated with half broken chairs and shaky tables. The staff is not mentally present at work, had to repeat my order at least 6 times and she still got it wrong. The food was very bad, I had to throw away the hot wings because they were practically raw. I dont want to sound rude or damage someone's business, but I sincerely hope the business owner sees this review and makes the necessary changes to make it successful or just close the business down and find something else to do.

I went there to get some food for my wife, my 14 month old son and myself. I have been there quite a few times. My wife goes there almost daily. I was told to wait 10 minutes as the chicken was not ready. The chicken cabinet was empty. It seems to be a regular occurrence if you go there in the evening. I specifically asked for three pieces of chicken, one leg and two thighs. After waiting over 40 minutes (and watching other people being served who came in after me) a young guy behind the counter decided to put a side breast before asking if I was ok with it. I said no. I specifically asked for one leg and two thighs. I then watched him remove the chips already contaminated back into the fryer. Hen the put two small pieces of chicken thighs so I asked him to change them for bigger ones. They were just too small compared to other shops. He then said that I was being ungrateful and that there were people out there starving. I was like 'what '? I am a paying customer and 'Is that how you talk to customers '? He then started arguing with me in a very aggressive manner. I told him I was holding a baby and to tone it down. He wouldn 't listen so I told him to keep his food and I would go elsewhere. He then started shouting at me to get out of his shop saying that he owned the business. He was in effect challenging me to a fight. I would have obliged as I do martial arts but my baby son was with me and there were other customers in the shop and CCTV. I left in the endb but my wife knows the owner and will be speaking to him about this. She normally goes there with her friends but no more.

Great independent pizza shop, love their 7 Square pizza with 3 toppings.. Great service..

I entered the shop ordered my items, repeated it twice, and when I got home one of the pizza was wrong I'm not impressed. When I call to tell them what they did, they hang up the phone, along with the fact I had to walk back to the shop. No amount of sorry makes up for the fact it's the 3rd time they mess up my order.

Been using olive 3 pizza for a long time . Actually used it 2 days ago . I asked for an extra sauce which I paid for but it never arrived. The driver went back got the missing sauce and gave me a box of wings and 2 drinks. All on he's own accord . Amazing service. Such a nice man . Great pizza .
