Chicken Cottage

I lived around here and ate here all the time. The people that worked there were really nice.

After being a long time customer, I got my phone stolen at this place while waiting for my order. Staff is unwilling to help recover it, which makes me suspect of them being somehow involved.

I ordered the grilled chicken wings, and they were very disappointing. They weren't grilled at all; it seemed like they were boiled and then covered in some sauce. I won't be returning for grilled food.

I paid for my food, but it was never delivered. The JustEat app indicated that my order was delivered just moments after I received a notification that it was on its way. However, no food arrived! When I called the restaurant, they dismissed my concerns and laughed at me. This is absolutely unacceptable service!

I received the wrong order; the chicken burger was terrible. I didn't order fries, and instead of gravy, they sent beans.
