Although a joint location with Subway (and what you smell as soon as you enter), they were happy to scrape the dregs from an ice-cream tub just to get my friend one scoop. Mine was melting in the freezer and it just slopped into my tub. Definitely not happy. At times the staff really didn't care. It was quite an awful experience and it wasn't even busy. I dread to think what it's like then.
Price is per scoop, but when we went to pay, they charged extra for the cone even when that is not stated anywhere. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing or care.
CARELESS STAFF there was one man serving in ben and jerry and a lady started helping from Subway because it was busy but just with 3 costumers waiting in queue We asked the lady for big waffle cone and she just looked at the waffle machine and saw there was none ready made but there was better still in a bawl to make one but they was list bothered and they said come tomorrow for waffle it's finished now Those employees needs to be monitored because they don't care costumer and does not provide company standards service I and my wife visited the shop on 21st july around 4:10pm till 4:40pm senior management please check cctv
Lacked many flavours. Did not even have simple cookie dough and no whipped cream. Milkshake was extremely runny 98% milk 2% actual icecream,disappointing experience
Tiny portions, high prices, uninterested staff who had no idea about the allergens in their products. Don’t bother, go to the Leicester Square branch instead!
