Pleasantly surprised by the food we were served. a rindburger and a hühnerburger. very delicious and well presented. nice friendly staff and dog friendly. would recommend.

Old pub on the outskirts of the village. There are rumours on social media that it was home to the first licensed landlady but I'm not sure if this is true or not. It is though a lovely pub with a great historical significance. Beers not cheap but the views of The Chilterns from the garden are stunning. Definitely worth a stop in good weather.
