Costa Coffee - Central Bedfordshire

I visited today and ordered the new tropical mango bubble frappe. After I made the barista (female, glasses) my drink, I saw that she didn't put a popping mango pearl in the drink. I asked this and why it was called a bubble trap to which she told me that it was just a name and when I interviewed the picture of the drink with pearls, she replied: "This is a photo that is the reality", so I'm out to be an idiot. then I went off and googelt the drink looks to confirm that I was not stupid to which I actually found mango pearls, where should be in drink and she had blatant lying to me! within seconds to ask another barista (male, bart) about the problem, they went into the refrigerator and added the pearls and said they should have been added to me while the first barista gave them to me!

Only good was the hot drinks, the part was it cost me £15.50 for hot drinks and 2 toasties absolutely disgusting price

We stopped at these highway services halfway through our trip and were excited to see a Costa Coffee shop. Despite the journey through being closed, we decided to go in and were pleasantly surprised to find that the place was newly renovated, stylish, and clean. The app worked well for my sister, who pre-ordered her drink, while I chose to order in person. Unlike many other highway services, Costa accepted my loyalty points (called "beans") so I could redeem them for a free drink. I got a hot chocolate and also bought a tiffin. The next day on our way back home, we made sure to stop at the same services again to get another Costa fix!

The coffee at this restaurant is delicious and the service is quick. However, we were disappointed when the barista couldn't make a flat white for my wife with less espresso, which was frustrating.

Good hot coffee but staff lack personality. The usual inflated prices as all U.K. Motorway services have. Plenty of seating.
