The food is not as Good as expected in Italy. The staff is not kind, maybe the reson why the restaurant was empty. They charged two antopasto instead one, and didnt assume the mistake.

Lunch was great! Excellent fresh fish and great service: we really loved the stuffed calamari, clams and the calamarata

When asked around, the hotel suggested this restaurant, so we decided to have dinner there during our only night in town. The impression we had is that we were entering in someones house with a marvellous view. However, the prices are very salty. As we were in a 5 weeks trip around Italy in a family of 4, I decided to order something simple and more affordable. The owner didn't seem to be too happy about 4 Canadians that are not use to eat full Italian meals, just ordering 1 dish for each. Also, I didn't think the food was that good. It was just regular, after eating, in so many places and so many different plates/dishes in Italy we were not that impressed with the food of this restaurant. Dishes came in different times. My teens kids had to wait a good 20 minutes to join us in eating. Portions are small. I would say, skip it. The bill was about $130 euros for a family of 4 for a food that we didn't even like that much. It felt like a waist of money.

Era uno dei pochi ristoranti aperti a Palinuro. Tavolo con una vista meravigliosa anche se il tempo era nuvoloso. Antipasto molto buono con salumi e formaggi, pezzo forte scialatelli ai frutti di mare. Pesce fresco e sughetto da scarpetta. Servizio un pò lento prezzi ottimi posizione meravigliosa
