Little Caesars Pizza - Centerville

I placed a online order yesterday and when I got there this location was closed so today I tried calling them and they don’t even have a phone? Would like my money back. I know I wasn’t the only one this happened to. Can’t believe they would do their customers this way.

Be cautious when ordering a hot 'n' ready from the drive-thru. They didn't inform me that I would have to wait 5-10 minutes until after I had already paid, which was less than ideal. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went inside to check on my order, only to find that the pizza hadn’t even been put in the oven yet.

Cheap pizza, piping hot. Would be nice though if they at least had plates and knives (crust is rarely cut through). Staff has always been nice.

This location is an absolute disaster. There's no excuse for the employees wandering aimlessly from the back room to the register to the drive-thru and back again without doing anything. It's as if they expect the pizzas to magically appear if they look confused enough. It was Friday night at 6:30, a prime time when pizzas should be flying out of the oven. I waited for 10 minutes for an online order I placed 30 minutes earlier, and during that time, I didn't see a single pizza leave the store. Instead, I was treated to a parade of utterly ineffective employees dawdling around. Since I had already paid, I told the seven other customers waiting that they could have my pizzas if they ever showed up. I went over to McDonald's and Arby's and was in and out with my food in just 5 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs!

I called ahead for a custom pizza. It was ready when promised and it was delicious ?!
