Dunkin' - Centerville

This store is more expensive than other stores 30 cents in each item. They raised their prices 3 times in one month!

I really love this location! The food and coffee are always excellent. I frequently order delivery from them, and in the rare event that something goes wrong, they do their best to make it right. For example, this morning my order was delayed, and they kindly offered me a complimentary iced coffee for my wait. It seemed like they were just really busy, as I noticed the ticket numbers indicated a high volume of orders. Last time, when they were out of assorted Munchkins, they replaced them with a single flavor of fresh Munchkins and included an apology note. Having worked in food service myself, I understand the challenges involved, and I have to say the staff here is fantastic. Thank you all for going the extra mile!

I've never had any issues with the staff here, unlike what I've seen in some of the reviews—maybe I've just been lucky! I will say they consistently make a great iced black coffee, which is hard to mess up. This location is right next to my office, and they've always done a good job, so I’ll keep coming back.

I ordered a pumpkin signature latte today through the drive-through because they had a sign posted for $3. After I gave the girl my card, she tells me about the total was 4.49. I told her that I saw a sign up stating the drink was $3, and sheresponded that the sale ended yesterday. I told her that the sign was Stella and she shrugged her shoulders and gave me back mycard. That will be my last time ordering at that Dunkin' Donuts.

I visited the drive-thru today around 6:00 PM and encountered a girl who was extremely rude. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and turned what should have been a simple process of ordering donuts into an awkward experience. I sincerely hope that she is addressed about her behavior; otherwise, I won't be returning to this location again.
