The girl with pink hair, who appeared to be the manager, was particularly unkind. She actually suggested that I leave a negative review.
At this location, they have a strange practice of stopping cars in the drive-thru far from the window for up to 10 minutes at a time, only allowing one car to move forward at a time. This makes no sense and really slows down the process for customers. I probably won't be returning to this location again.
Rather than informing me that a specific item was out of stock, they simply handed me my order, assuming I wouldn’t notice the discrepancy. That feels like theft! I know I’m in Centerpoint, so my expectations aren't too high, but still... come on!
They got my order wrong. My chalupa was hard and had sour cream and I said none. They really don't know how to follow instructions.
Amazing workers and very helpful when I asked questions.
