Great customer service and love that it does not take long to get your food.....AND the food is awesome... a variety of selections too choose from.... Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant deserves no stars. I was initially informed that my first order was being re-prepared due to the wrong gravy being served, which I didn't mind. However, when the food finally arrived, it was quite disappointing. The gravy had a sour taste, which was unappetizing. Since I was dining with someone else, they generously offered to share their meal with me. When the waiter eventually came by, I asked if I could either place a different order or get a refund for the meal I couldn't eat. The manager responded rudely, insisting that I wouldn't be refunded and that I would be charged if I chose to order something else. Her behavior created a scene that was quite embarrassing. After a frustrating exchange, she begrudgingly issued a refund and shouted "OH MY GOD" loudly as she walked away. The service was incredibly poor, and the manager's behavior was offensive. I've never left a place feeling so attacked by customer service until this experience.

The ribeye was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a house salad and rice pilaf to accompany it. My grandson had the white mac and cheese, which was more than he could finish. My daughter opted for the shrimp quesadillas and was very satisfied with her meal.
