Hashtag Pho - Centennial

I was initially hesitant to try this restaurant after seeing some reviews claiming the portions were small and overpriced. However, I'm so glad I decided to give it a chance despite the negative feedback! The portion sizes are actually quite generous, and the prices are incredible. I find myself coming back here every time I'm on a business trip. I had a large bowl of pho with REAL filet mignon (which is hard to find around here, as most places serve tough steak for a higher price), along with a spring roll appetizer and a drink—all for under $20! The service was quick and friendly. I appreciated that they served my food and then allowed me the space to enjoy my meal (I really dislike being interrupted while I eat; no offense "Sally," but I'm not interested in hearing about your day, and I know you're not genuinely curious about mine either). #Pho, please come to California so I can enjoy your food every day!

This pho is the real deal. My family is a big fan of pho, and this place ranks among the best we've tried. We've sampled numerous pho spots, including the ones on Federal, and this one truly stands out. The soup is rich in flavor and tastes authentically made, and the quality of the meat is excellent for a pho restaurant. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. While the portions aren't very large, I would much prefer smaller servings of delicious food over a huge plate of subpar offerings.

This is hands down the best Pho restaurant I've ever visited. Their Spring rolls are the most delicious I've tried anywhere! Sometimes, I go just for the Spring rolls alone! The Pho is full of flavor and served in generous portions. It's a fantastic spot with excellent service. I don't eat Pho or Spring rolls anywhere else. The service is consistently great and always quick.
