I've been going here since I worked at Honeywell when it was on Dry Creek..39 years ago.. and have NEVER been disappointed..always fantastic food and friendly staff.. have recommended hundreds of timesFood: 5/5

GeJo's Italian is a hidden gem that serves great Italian food with friendly service. We happened upon GeJo's while driving down the street and decided to give it a try. We tried the homemade egg noodles with meatballs and I was supper excited to find a restaurant serving up these home made noodles. The homemade noodles have a heartier texture to them and are thicker than a traditional spaghetti. The meatball was excellent with a great texture, flavor and size.With our pasta we also got two side salads and it made a perfect meal. The side salads were done right with a nice combination of vegetables and the dressing was served on the side. We also do not want to forget giving a shout out to the garlic knots which were soft and covered with a generous portion of garlic butter. Some of the best garlic knots I have had in Denver.Out waiter was very friendly and helpful. We learned about the history of GeJo's, which is a great history. They were also attentive to the weather as we were sitting outside. A storm started to blow in so the shut down the sides of the outdoor eating section. In Colorado fashion the storm moved through quickly and they reopened the sides as soon as the wind had passed.

Can’t believe I actually paid the bill to be honest. Awful experience. The waitress straight up did not attend to us. She gave us the wrong order and just vanished. Which If you go there you will find is very hard to do. It’s a 1 room building. For a place that is $50 for 2 meals you should have much better service.Food: 3/5

I love this place!The food is very good. I am very particular about my Italian. My mom was born there. They earned my approval!Post covid it is challenged to staff up, but they care about you.The quality is always excellent. The staff always working hard.This is an old school neighborhood restaurant.Since my schedule is busy I do take out a lot. You won't be disappointed.I tried and don't miss the corporate restaurants.Please, if you are considering Ol___ G_____, go here first! Mag_____'s, bad move.This needs to be in your regular rotation regardless of where you live.
