Chipotle Mexican Grill - Centennial

This Chipotle is the closest location to my office, so I’ve been trying to place online orders to maximize my quick lunch breaks. Unfortunately, the online ordering system is a complete mess. There have been times when my orders weren't ready for over half an hour past the expected time. I've even had my lunch taken from the pickup area and had to get the staff’s attention to have it remade. Every time I visit, I see people receiving their food much faster by simply going through the line, so I’m not sure what the benefit of ordering ahead is here.

Aside from the noticeable high turnover of staff, what frustrates me the most is the apparent lack of pride in their work. The serving line is frequently messy, with food and sauces spilling everywhere, and everything seems to get dragged through a mix of toppings that creates a real mess. Employees wearing earbuds often seem distracted; I've had to repeat my order multiple times due to confusion. There’s also a constant pile of dirty dishes next to the grill—while it may seem nitpicky, I believe there should be a proper place for empty containers. This has been my experience every time I've visited, and it’s disheartening to see such a lack of pride and quality control. It makes dining here less enjoyable than it should be.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The woman who took our order had a very unpleasant attitude, which negatively impacted my entire experience. Then, as we made our way to the register, the man behind the counter received a phone call and completely ignored us. Once we finally received our food, I was shocked at how poorly our quesadilla was presented. It was quite a letdown.

Old and wilted lettuce accompanied by old guacamole, the burrito's a mess and it couldn't even hold anything together. Since my daughter is upset, she moves to eat the chips and what does she find? Greasy and stale chips. I move to my tacos and I open them and they are smushed together and messy with wilted lettuce. This chipotle is not it.

Cold food and $6 for a large queso that tastes like nothing. The quesadilla is a joke. Smashed in foil, cold and soggy. Glad I wasted $40. Do not recommend
