Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Centennial

For the first time before a few days sat there and had an excellent experience! I think the manager worked behind the food counter and he was super friendly to make sure my first time in the restaurant was a positive one. he hung me with a series of patterns, because I wasn't sure what direction I wanted in. he was really super friendly, professional and positiw throughout the interaction these little things really go a long wise. eating was good and a nice step change from the usual Texas mex restaurants in the city. thanks for the great service, I am back!

We usually love Cafe Rio but our most recent trip wasn't the best. My tortilla which is usually one of my favorite parts was cold and tough. And the interior of the restaurant was freezing which made it difficult to enjoy our meal.

I had placed an order online, and when I went up my daughter had passed out in the backseat and I didn’t wanna wake her up. So I called the restaurant and Oliver was so nice he brought my dinner out and he was just so sweet and professional.

Oliver and Kelsey did a fantastic job. On point, great customer service. They were fast and answered all of our questions. The food they recommended was a wonderful choice. It’s in my Top 3 burritos I’ve ever eaten. I posted a menu for you. And some pictures of the food. You must try this

Disappointed. I came to get 2 burritos. Ordering was rushed and didn't look like the staff understood what I was asking and just putting the food together. Did not taste authentic. Rice was undercooked. And charged over $20 for a veggie and chicken wet burrito with guac on each. Which was not worth it. Looks and tastes like cafeteria food. If you're looking for a burrito to hold in your hand, this is not the place. Sometimes bigger is not better... Quality matters. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Chipotle.
