At Nine Thai - Centennial

I visited the restaurant with my girlfriend, and we had a wonderful experience. I ordered drunken noodles, while she chose the green curry, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. Our server, Sarah, was fantastic—she was friendly, offered great recommendations, and provided excellent service. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Another issue we encountered was the service. We had two waitresses; one was polite, while the other was not. When my parents, who are in their 50s, requested a paper menu, they were initially outright refused one, without any explanation about possible differences from the online menu. After some back-and-forth, the waitress reluctantly grabbed menus from the table next to ours and handed them over with a noticeable attitude. It would have been so much better if she had just provided the menu, which was easily accessible, without the unnecessary attitude. Unfortunately, all our subsequent interactions with that waitress were similarly rude.

We have ordered from this restaurant at least five times and have been consistently pleased each time. Although we live in the Castle Rock area and haven't found any nearby Thai places that we enjoy, this restaurant is worth the 15-20 minute drive for takeout. The food is so delicious that the round-trip journey is always worthwhile. Plus, the meals are still piping hot by the time I get home—not lukewarm at all. Our orders have always been ready around the estimated time we were given, and the staff is very friendly and quick to assist while we wait. The flavors are exceptional, the portions are generous, and we appreciate the option to choose from various levels of spiciness for each dish. If you're in search of excellent Thai food and service, even if it requires a bit of a drive, At Nine Thai is the place to go.

Bravo!!! We both had the Lamb Curry from the Chef Specials section of the menu. We were expecting lamb cubes cooked in curry sauce but we're very surprised to find a bunch of grilled lamb chops set in a shallow dish of yellow curry with potatoes,onions, and a few peas and carrots. The lamb was tender and juicy with great flavor and the curry was wonderful. Just a hintof red pepper heat. This was a fabulous blend of Western grilled lamb chops and Thai yellow curry. We can't wait to come backfor an encore performance.

Delicious, authentic Thai food. I?ve been nearly everywhere in the Denver area and this is the best Thai I?ve found South of Evans. Thai hot actually has great heat, and very fresh/authentic flavors in everything we tried. The Tom kha soup was very goodbut not my favorite compared to some others, however chicken satay and pad Thai were excellent.
