Schnaps is consistently good and affordable. The food and drinks are enjoyable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. While they may not offer a wide selection of craft beers, it's a great spot to grab a drink and a bite by the lake. Live entertainment is often featured on the stage area. There are outdoor areas for smokers and for enjoying the view of the sea and canal. The restaurant also has many televisions, a pool table, a pinball machine, and an old-school bowling machine. It's not necessarily a family-friendly establishment, but that's to be expected given the bar's name. I wish they had more locations, as I had a great experience and would love to visit again. Overall, a delicious dining option.

Don't expect a wide selection of craft beers, but it's a great place to grab a light beer, enjoy some live entertainment, and take in the lake views. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas, plenty of televisions, a pool table, pinball, and even an old school bowling machine. This may not be the best spot for young children, but it's a unique experience worth trying. Unfortunately, they were out of my favorite drink, Stroh's, during my last visit.

This lakeside bar, called Downhome, opens early at 6:30 AM and stays open until 9 PM or even later. They serve delicious food quickly at a good price, and also offer specials.

Definitely a hidden gem of a bar, but that's exactly the type of place I love!! The bartender was extremely friendly and the food was delicious!! I enjoyed the fact that it was situated right by the waterfront!! I will definitely be coming back again!!
