I called to place a pizza order and was met with extreme rudeness from the person on the phone. They hung up on us without even a goodbye after taking our order. We were so upset by the way we were treated that we called back to cancel our order, only to be hung up on again. If I had an employee who treated a customer like this, I would definitely consider firing them.

Some people love it, while others don’t—me, I’m a fan! The crust is thin, but not excessively so, and it’s packed with flavor. The amount of 'grease' is just right (after all, it’s pizza we’re talking about!). You enter this almost underground brick pizza place by walking down the stairs under beautiful Christmas lights. Inside, you'll find refurbished stained glass window tables, a few arcade games, and a classic gumball machine. You can either sit down to enjoy your meal or grab your pizza to go. Just a heads up about parking: it can be a bit limited, so you might want to park on the square and take a short walk to burn off some of those pizza calories.

It's disappointing that I won't be ordering from JIMBOS again. This was our second and final visit. During our first experience, we waited nearly three hours for delivery, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was both cold and burnt. On that occasion, the manager did compensate us after we went into the restaurant. However, I decided to give it another shot last night for family game night. We ordered three large pizzas along with a medium gluten-free pizza. When I inquired about the gluten-free option, I was told it comes from an outside source and is just cooked on-site, and I specifically requested it to be cooked "extra crispy." Unfortunately, they told me that was the only way to prepare it. To top it off, their customer service was lacking.
