Mcdonald's - Celebration

As a frequent McDonald’s customer, I can truly say this establishments food is wonderful; yet management is terrible. I have witnessed Gloria GM be absolutely disgusting to her employees.. which then concludes to the atmosphere being terrible due to that. There needs to be serious investigation launched.Food: 5/5

It was super hot upstairs, getting help at the counter was basically nonexistant. We didn't get all of our order.Food: 3/5

Sherry and Robert were amazing. Our kid's meal had an open pack of apple slices and we were missing the chocolate milk and Sherry promptly fixed this for us. She even tried to get them a different toy. The place was super clean and Robert was actively surveying the dining room anticipating everyone's needs. Best experience I've had in a McDonald's in a long time.

When compared to other restaurants, this place falls short, earning a mere 1-star rating. However, in the realm of McDonald's establishments, it manages to secure a solid 4-star rating. Interpret this review as you wish, as it's a typical McDonald's experience with familiar expectations.
