Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe dined here on two occasions. The first after the 15 hour drive from the UK to the village. We were warmly greeted, shown to a table immediately and given menus. We ordered the hot oil meat fondue, with Beef and Duck. The meat was fresh and plentiful. It was accompanied by a large portion of fries and green leaves with a home made vinaigrette dressing on the side. There were also a selection of 4 dips that complimented the meats. We chose to have the local wine, which was very palatable. Our 2nd visit was on our last evening, we were again greeted quickly ad warmly, this time by the chef, who just happened to be passing the entrance as we arrived. I ordered a gratin dish which was superb and my partner ordered a steak. We indulged on a dessert and again we weren't disappointed. I had the home made panna cotta with salted caramel - divine! The menu options are good, with plenty to choose from. If we return to the region, we shall definitely dine here again.
During our stays in ceillac, summer and winter, we do not miss a meal or two in this restaurant. excellent family day dish, just like the savoyard fondue, and I certainly forget. good value quality price.
A noon I took a basic fries in the sun on the terrace next to a torrent singing the mountain. excellent meat, cooking as requested, exceptional fries and yet normal because house as it should be from everywhere. I asked for a portion so rare. nice welcome. When I left little regret when I noticed the mention "quality meat, German" simental I think. As for the queyras is a quality meat producer, it hurts. and also, discovering this beautiful area of the high alps what regret of the absence of a local bio menu.

After a wonderful and a very hard day of rando we were going to my daughter and I to feast at the greedy stage. an excellent welcome and a treat every night. fresh products of flavors and a gourmet card. I recommend a delight!
