Mcdonald's - Cedar Springs

The lobby floors, seats, and table tops were all disgusting. Even the stuff that looked decent had days worth of stickiness on them. The bathrooms were unsanitary. The ice machines were empty. The play area was the worst of it all. My kids socks were white when we got there and black when we left after playing for 15 mins. I sure hope their kitchen and staff are being clean and sanitary. They need to do some deep cleaning and degreasing. ?

Advertised as 24/7. Is not 24/7. Used to be, seems they can’t afford to staff their restaurant, but won’t update that its no longer 24/7

Went there this morning and ordered to go. Got home completely wrong order. Tried calling 4 times no answer. Had to return there. We planned on going to big boy but seen McDonald's was getting a bad word on Facebook so wanted to go so we could write a good review instead of all the negative we see but wow kind of hard when you can not even get the order correct. And maybe answer the phone and we would have not had to drive back up there.

They need to change their hours from 24hrs to open at 6am. Twice now I try to go thru their drive thru and the worker told me they open at 6am

They close whenever the staff feels like it... disappointed
