Whataburger - Cedar Park

They made me use the order board, then actually took orders from people behind me in line. I wanted tomatoes on my burger, it showed I had added it on the board. I asked to be sure, was told tomatoes come on the whataburger anyway. And of course, gothome, NO tomatoes. Burger was cold, tasteless. Worst burger ever. Do better WB, you are losing a 60 year customer. Mr Dobson isspinning in his grave. Thats what happens when you sell out to Cali people. Yuck

Worst of all area Whataburgers. Consistently have a buttload of staff who don't seem to know how to efficiently get customers orders and on their way. I live nearby and no longer will patronize this location.

The guys here are pretty nice always have the best attitude! But the women here always have an attitude problem. At least act like u like ur job. Know times are tough but dam be nice an smile. Almost walked out the door. All I did was ask for a new cupwomen scowled at me. It?s like dam dude I said it nicely. I?m particular about those cause I had covid three times this yr. Domy best to be careful.

We arrived at 1:30 with 40 people from a church youth lock-out. They made 40 shakes, and took numerous other orders. It was such a smooth process, and everyone had a great time!

It does take awhile for the food, due to them being understaffed but i get fast food is tough. The food is always good and fresh and the guy at the window is there almost every time i go and is so sweet and respectful. If you?re impatient this whataburgeris not for you but they always serve very yummy food and is worth the wait. :
