Tortilla Fresca - Cedar Park

We had the Beef Carbon Plate qnd the Chicken Fajita Plate. This is served cafeteria style but orders are processed quickly. Lots of salsa and pico de ggallo available in varying degrees of spiciness.

I like Rosa's. Their variety and flavor are good. Their speed of service is fantastic! But with that said, the other day when I went, I ordered 3 meal plates. It wasn't Tuesday, so I paid full price. There was a total to 3 tablespoons of meat in 9, yes 9, tacos. I'm exaggerating in 3 tablespoons because some of the measuring also included a bit of tomato and onion which took up a little space, so meat was not quite 3 tablespoons in 9 tacos.

We visited Rosa's Cafe for dinner recently. I had the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. The enchiladas were very tasty. Rosa's makes their food in plain sight of the diners. You pay for your food and they call your number when your order is ready to be picked up. There is a table with various salsas and pico de gallo that you can add to your meal. The inside is very colorful with painted animal sculptures and other decorative items. It is a very cheerful interior. Back to the food, my order came with refried beans, spanish rice and some lettuce and tomatoes in a simple salad. It also came with two warm tortillas wrapped in foil. The meal was very good and the portion was just about right to enjoy without becoming over full. We have been to Rosa's several times and always enjoy the food. It is a good place to visit!

Great food, wonderful service. My husband and I go to Roasa’s Tortilla factory all the time! We enjoy the great food and friendly atmosphere. My husband gets the chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce, I get the taco salad or the cheese enchiladas! Love their salsa bar With 4 kinds of salsa and pico, onion, jalapeño peppers, and the big poblano pepper, limes, and lemons. I love to go there with my grandkids and daughter. They have soft drinks and tea and beer and margaritas. There is something for the whole family!?‍?‍?‍?

A step above Taco Cabana. Drive through was quick and accurate. The food was still hot when we got home and very tasty. Did not feel like fast food at all!
