I am beyond impressed with this Juiceland! The staff is not only fast but also very knowledgeable. It's conveniently situated inside Whole Foods 365, and I can't get enough of the healthy choices they provide! Besides their amazing drinks, they also offer food and merchandise. Don’t forget to enter your phone number into their system each time you visit to earn savings or even free shots!

I occasionally indulge in their smoothies as a treat, but my recent visit for a birthday drink was disappointing. When I reached the checkout, I found out that my drink had expired. It seems the window for using those vouchers is less than two weeks, which was quite frustrating, and the staff didn't address the issue at the counter. I expected much better customer service from a place with such high prices. I paid $14, including tip, for a large smoothie without any extras. Due to the steep prices and the consistently poor customer service I've encountered, I will be skipping Juice Land in the future. I never feel welcomed there; instead, it feels like I'm being hurried along and treated like a burden.

The service at this restaurant tends to be inconsistent, and the prices are steep for what you actually get. They seem to have difficulty handling orders with customizations or modifications, such as removing or substituting ingredients. Additionally, the frequent turnover of staff contributes to the uneven service. I’ve discovered that other independent and chain smoothie places provide better quality and service.
