Jason's Deli - Cedar Park

Just wanted to say we been to must of them, and never ever waited more than 30 min to get served(when there were only 3 more customers) the pasta was dried with no flavor but full of grease. Very very disappointed and more when even the manager was aware of it and not even apologized. I think that's why the last time I was at this location was 3 years ago.

Very incompetent crew working tonight (6/10/23). It took 20 minutes for a bowl of chili to go. When I entered, a party of 3 was in the process of ordering. It was taking a while. I 'm not sure if it was what they were ordering or the girl at the register didn 't know what she was doing. I later found out. I placed the order and waited. One customer ordered after me. During the 20 minutes, I was ask about 5 times what I was waiting for. I 'm the only customer at the register waiting by now. The guy I believed to be the manager asked and I told him. He goes and makes the order and leaves it on the counter in the prep area. About 3 minutes later, one of the prep guys asked what did I order and I told him. I also told him I believed that it was probably the bowl (to go cup) behind him the manager had made. He responds 'probably so ' and walked away. Finally the girl who took my order initially asked what I was waiting for. I repeated and she goes and prepares another to go cup. We I get my order, I said basically that was way too long of a wait. She tells me they lost my ticket! Next time, Panera!

Food was okay. Service want great, they only gave us part of our order, and we had to ask them for the rest. We finished eating and went and got ice cream. Afterwards, my wife went to refill her drink. One of the workers asked her what she was doing, and then immediately told her she's only allowed ice cream once. They literally have people sitting there watching the ice cream machine and making sure nobody gets extra. I didn't know ice cream crime was so rampant in Cedar Park . If they're losing that much money on ice cream just get rid of the machine, and focus on your service. People don't like being treated criminals.

Amazing that this location has a drive thru! I was tempted with today's thunderstorm to use the drive thru but being my first visit, I wanted to have a look inside. This is a much smaller than usual Jason's Deli and if busy the salad bar and drink station is in an awkward little corner. Very clean and super polite, cordial staff. The pollo Mexicano spud was the usual huge size but not loaded up with much chicken. I got more sour cream and butter to round out the missing chicken. The location is a little hard to spot but close to Costco, in same parking lot area.

Great salad bar! Lots of tasty choices! I love black olives but not green olives, so I pick out the black olives but wish these were separated. I also love the walnuts and pumpkin seeds, but these are mixed in with sugary dried cranberries, so it makes it difficult to pick out what l will eat. In the bathroom I appreciate the paper towel dispenser w sensor, but I cant figure out how to wash my hands without getting them germey again from the press button which requires me to hold it pressed to get water for my other hand. A faucet that turns on and stays on, or at least a faucet that stays on for a while so I can wash rinse both hands simultaneously would be great. And, if I can 't get both hands truly clean before eating, how can the employees? Sometimes it 's really cold in the dining area. But it 's a great place for a one trip salad I just have to wear a jacket.
