Przekaż informację zwrotnąToday, I visited Costco for the first time on 4/16/2022 and had a terrible experience. As a loyal Sam's Club member, I was interested in getting a Costco membership. However, my experience was disappointing. Anne, the employee helping me, was friendly but seemed distracted, constantly stopping to greet others and help them. There were many issues with their system, and Anne had trouble signing me up due to computer problems. She suggested trying a different computer, but the process was slow and frustrating. Additionally, only Anne wore a mask in customer service. The other employees, Jennifer, Jay, Richard, and an older Hispanic man, did not wear masks and were constantly touching their faces, iPads, and computers, which was unsanitary and made me uncomfortable. Jennifer, the manager, appeared sick and was coughing and sneezing without a mask. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and hygiene at Costco compared to Sam's Club. I am now considering canceling my potential membership and sticking with Sam's Club for its professionalism and wider range of items. This experience was a total disaster.
We stopped by 1431 Caffe for breakfast one morning and found a line forming behind us, but we were seated promptly. The greeting was very friendly and we ordered the big breakfast and chicken fried steak. The portions were large and we had to take leftovers home. However, we noticed that some items on both plates, particularly the sides, were cold or lukewarm. It seems like they may put the sides out first before cooking the main dish. The servers were excellent, despite seeming a bit understaffed considering the number of customers. Overall, the food was good and the service was great, but there may be some issues with the temperature of the dishes that need to be addressed.
This café always has a crowded parking lot, so we decided to stop for a burger. The hostess seemed a bit irritated, no smile, no greeting - maybe she had a long day or was just tired. However, she was efficient, took our order, and the food came out quickly. We ordered a patty melt with fries, which arrived in 5 minutes. The meat was barely warm, the cheese tasted like a pre-made sauce, the rye bread was barely grilled and not crispy. The fries were hotter and crispier. I'm not sure if we will return, and I wouldn't recommend 1431cafe to anyone unless they have low expectations.
Just leaving now- I can’t believe how many employees are working their butts off today. This store is PACKED and the lines are tremendously long. Amazingly, they move like a well oiled machine. I’ve never gotten through customer service, the self-checkout line, or the deli so fast!!! NICE JOB and THANK YOU!!!!
First time coming to this restaurant , 50+ minutes after ordering to get our food. To top it off , egg shells on my food not once but twice . Plus the lady attending us with a bad attitude face look . Never again , should of gone to my usual Ihop
