Hit or miss on drinks especially, but food is average compared to others, drive thru/area to access is poor

I always get the carmel frozen coffee with whipped cream and Carmel drizzle. I could drink them all day long!

I have stopped at DUNKIN on Wicker Ave., a handful of times. It is conveniently located on early mornings to work without going out of my way. I can say I am not disappointed with my orders. Everything is spot on. What I can comment on is my experienceon (more than one occasion) with the same drive thru attendant. Her demeanor is cool off putting rather than warm welcoming. It?s easier now to drive to another location and be met courteously.

This is one of the few dunkins that is decent. Probably because they are not overwhelmed. Staff could be a pinch friendlier though but good none the less.

The girl was really nice. Drinks were made quick and tasty. Espresso machine works ?????
