Winners Bbq Cedar Hill

I’m really disappointed in the last few times I orders food there. I ordered a 2 meat plate with beans and potato salad, my 2 meats, chicken and ribs, when I got home to eat, the ribs were so hard and dry same as the chicken. The food was cold, it’s like the food being sitting out for a long time.Customer service, the young lady that runs the front counter, she’s not friendly at ALL, cut and dry. I came again, my experience was the same, I ordered a baked potato, 2 meats, the sausage was dry, cold and tasted old.I will not be returning, the last couple times, I’m experiencing with their food, wasn’t good, food cold, customer service dry. Oh the fountain drink, I don’t know what I was drinking. My overall experience wasn’t good enough for me to recommend Winners.

First time I tried the brisket here I think my mouth had an orgasm. Best brisket in the world, or so I thought. The 2nd time I went back for another brisket sandwich I wasn't impressed. Maybe the first time the meat was fresh from the smoker? I don't know what happened but the 2nd was not nearly as good. I will go back again and see what happens. I love brisket and have tried nearly all the BBQ spots around Dallas and Fort Worth. The first sandwich was a 10/10. The 2nd sandwich was a 6/10. The bbq sauce is also very good so that helps. I will update my review if needed once a visit a few more times.

Will not eat there again. Went for family gathering. My food I got was a baked potatoes with ribs and beef. My ? was cooked so soft I could have made mashed potatoes out of it. My ribs were tasted like they where dropped on the charcoal then put back on the fire. Just wasn't happy with my food. They must have served me the last of the ribs from that rack. But I can say that peach lemonade was the bomb. Banana pudding was not homemade it was instant pudding.

Food was delicious. We had pulled pork, sliced beef, ribs, brisket nachos, chopped beef sandwhich, loaded baked potato with brisket and sausage, greens, BBQ beans, mac n cheese and potato salad. Strawberry lemonade, blueberry lemonade and kool-aid. We all sampled each others food. Everything was delish. Very clean establishment. Food came out hot and fresh. First bbq place I've been to where I liked the meat and the sides. We will be back.

Never realized they were right by my house!Placed a pickup order that was done in 15 minutes. All the food was hot and super good, bbq sauce is different from what I'm used to but good regardless. Greens, Mac n cheese sausage were warm and seasoned perfectly. Sweet potato pie banana pudding were also great! ^ ^
