The subway in cedar hill, two young men was phenomenal in customer service. All the veggies and meat portion was set looking clean and fresh, sandwich was good. Best of all super fresh soft bread. Chicken bacon ranch and club. Sunday night on mothers 5-8-22 8:30pm
It was good until I heard they lie to the customer after I have no bread. Food: 3/5
That was the bad experience at all. I went to this location 241 FM 1382 Suite 308, Cedar Hill, TX 75104 between 345/ 415pm yesterday 10/11/22. Only people in the restaurant were an older Hispanic couple sitting at the front door. When entering it was not welcome, subway or anything. What I wasn't that big first. From the side came a short heavy set Hispanic woman with many tattoos over her arms / hands. Seems she was upset that I interrupted her lunch because she went to me while she was still stealing. Never said hi or how can I help you, but made a point to tell the older Hispanic couple. I asked if this place was the only one that did not serve the Italian cheese herbal bread or was that now a lasting thing on all subway similar to the outbreak of the honey oats wheat bread that the company used to carry. She never reacted verbally, but pointed out that only this place is displayed, I suppose. I really wanted the Italian cheese herbs, but decided to continue ordering wheat. She let me stand to answer the phone what was good, only she was extremely rude to the customer on the phone. Aggressive to say that whatever they asked, they did not have them and that they have to place their order online anyway. It's not what you say, but how you say it. She was extremely RUDE. She returned. Start the topics on my sandwiches. Never mentioned that she was out of that stuff, but rushed by saying what was still in the middle of me, what I wanted on the sandwiches. I asked for onions, she said they had no one. I asked about paprika, she said they had none. At this point I decided that the sandwiches I came to buy were not available because almost everything I asked for the start with the bread, she said it was not available. I said it didn't matter to me to decide not to proceed with my order. When I turned to leave the store, I can hear them talking to two other workers who went out from behind a younger African American girl with small Dread Locs a Hispanic man. Then I hear she grabs the sandwiches from the sandwich plate into the floor/trash. I have never been treating In this facility I visited this place. She became angry/very unprofessional for something that could be prevented when/ when I went into her then informed me about the things that were not available. The most embarrassing part is going out when the customer goes behind me to throw the food badly discuss about me as if I were the one in wrong, because I am further ordered. When cameras are looked at, I'm in my work uniform. Also working in the fast food industry, I can understand that respect is frustrated, but there is a way to guide yourself during the clock.
