Jeff was fantastic! He went above and beyond by staying after hours to ensure we got the coffees we wanted. The customer service was outstanding, and I really wish we could have tipped him. Thank you once again, Jeff!

I went to the restaurant today at 5 PM and witnessed two staff members arguing about who would handle the cold bar and who would manage the hot bar. They seemed oblivious to the growing line of customers waiting to be served. One of the girls finally took charge of making drinks, but she started out of order, which was frustrating. All I wanted was a Pink Drink, but after waiting 20 minutes, I decided to leave. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and it's clear that these two shouldn't be working together. I couldn't wait any longer because I had other commitments, and though I lost my money, it just wasn't worth it. To make matters worse, one of the girls was openly complaining about how many difficult coffees she had to make that day, right in front of guests.

Two girls working today at 5pm arguing about who is going to do cold bar and who is doing hot bar. Walking around as if there isn’t a line. Girl who finally decides to do the drinks starts making them way out of order. All I wanted was a Pink Drink. 20 minutes later I walked out. Absolutely ridiculous and clearly those two should not work together.Couldn’t sit around and wait any longer as I have somewhere to be. Lost my money but not worth it.One of the girls was complaining about the “difficult coffees and this is the 50th one today” right in front of guests too.

Nice and calm atmosphere. My barista was amazing and she made my drink ON POINT. The only downfall was their stock of cups, mugs and tumblers. Very disappointing. Other than that it was great as always
