Dunkin' - Cedar Hill

I love this place. And Precious is my favorite person who works there. She is such a happy person and very sweet and my orders are always perfect.

Walk in cashier not to hear I ordered vanilla and hazelnut monkey with creamer Was twice French vanilla I am a diabetic reason why I ordered the unsweetened flavors When I saw the label, I said again what I ordered you gave it back in less than 2 minutes. I ask her what she specifically put in herJust gave it back and told them to just watch it because I am a diabetic and can not have the sugar and that I no longer wanted itListening is simple people, should not have to tell you I am a diabetic to listen to my order.

This place is terrible! I'm going six times a week, but it's hit or miss. I love Dunkin coffee, but they're fucking the simplest orders. I ordered black coffee and basically got water. Somehow you see this coffee. This happens in this place all the time. I'm not going back.

I'm going to the window and the lady never tells me the charges of my drink. Then you doubled me and NIE even told me until I thankfully asked for the reception and then, when I ordered for a big instead of a medium, they put my medium drink in a big cup and filled it with ICE... and when I went to confront her, the manager didn't let me talk, very dissatisfied!!!

Sometimes they are good and they seem to be on it and then other times they sing like they are rushing you to take your order. It seems to be different people working there every couple weeks. I've literally been going to this location for 4 years And I cannot keep up with the staff. Kaloche Is doughy..small things but i guess
