Chicken Express - Cedar Hill

Definitely enjoyed the meal I got. I gave the service 3 stars because there was a long wait to get the meal I ordered.

I got sick after eating here chicken was not cooked thoroughly. Also, the workers ask for tips in the drive thru. Unacceptable!

Overpriced and takes forever to have someone get a DoorDash order. They are so focused on the people in line and workers have people sitting when there’s no one in drive thru. No one wanted to help the cashier and the food was late

I have been dining at Chicken Express for years, and yesterday I finally tried their cherry pie. Oh my goodness, it is absolutely amazing. The crust is flaky and buttery, and it's not overly sweet - just delicious.

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the service. I ordered 5 meals, which I didn't think was unreasonable. However, the staff seemed confused and repeatedly got my order wrong. Despite telling them each meal one by one, they still ended up charging me for 6 meals. When I pointed this out, they initially denied it but eventually acknowledged the mistake. I decided to keep the extra meal I had paid for, but they refused to give me the 6th drink I had also paid for. When I got home, I realized that the meals I had ordered spicy were not actually spicy, and they had given me a total of 7 meals instead of 5. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I believe this restaurant needs to improve their training in order to provide better service.
