The owner is super friendly and warm, like the whole staff. You can say the staff has an annoyed interest in success, and that comes from a real leadership that is ingenious to see in a local business. The baked goods are worth every penny. The best I had in the USA. Please stop it. Chocolate brioche was amazing and the cinnamon rolls might have orange ester? Great.

Bakeries in Iowa! I keep running over campus for my favorite songs. The owners are some of the most friendly people you will find. Prices are fair for size and quality. I recommend this bakery to everyone. I also love to support local businesses, so this place is my goal.

I sat down and was munching on a loaf of sourdough and before I knew it I almost ate the whole thing. This is real bread made by people who know what they are doing. This is bread I've been waiting for locally for quite some time and finally somebody talented enough has stepped up to the plate to do bread the only way it should be done, properly. Other bakeries won't put in the time and effort to learn how to make bread but this is where the buck stops. You want good bread this is where to go. Accept no substitute, there is a new queen in town and we all hope this is just the beginning of many great things to come from this bakery. This is what a local food scene is all about. Don't bother with other places that bake things and try to pass it off as bread, this folks is the real thing.
