Second visit was free smoothie day, but false advertising ruined it for my kids and wife. I complained in writing, really wanting them to address the issue. They responded with a form letter, and a gift card, with not even enough on it to pay for one smoothie. Zero customer awareness. More policy and nit picky technicalities, than customer care, in our experience. Response to Tropical's response: Are you kidding me? Your response is to tell me to do something I've already done? You clearly did not even read my review, or you'd know I already went to your website. This would seem to be you proving my point completely. No concern for customers.
The guy at the window handed my food out and slammed the door. No straws no thank you ! Very rude .
Ive left a 5 star to this same tropical smoothie before. The food is great, but I’ve been stuck in the drive through for well over 30 minutes multiple times. Manager needs to keep more people staffed or something idk.
Staff are friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and consistent between locations. Atmosphere is good, never crowded and always very cool in the summer. Excellent place to cool down and have a tropical smoothie
