Subway - Cedar City

I had my 7-week-old puppies with me and needed to use the drive-thru since it was in the 90s outside. However, I didn't receive any response after waiting a few minutes, so I moved to the window. Two female employees were talking among themselves but ignored me even when I knocked on the window several times. Frustrated, I drove around and tried again to place my order, but still had no success. Eventually, I parked and took my puppies to the door, only to be told by the staff that I couldn't bring them inside. I asked why they hadn't assisted me at the drive-thru, and they informed me that one of the workers was on break. I inquired if they could take my order and have him process it when he returned, but they completely ignored my question and continued their personal conversation. None of them offered any help, and I was unable to place my order either through the drive-thru or inside. After spending about 30 minutes trying to order a sandwich, I left empty-handed. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

More lively place, usually a line. service is still good. love the hero bread.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The subway sandwiches were made with such care that it brought me to the verge of tears. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the sandwich station was impressively clean. It truly exceeded my expectations! I can definitely say we will be stopping here again.

My young child, three of her friends, and I stopped here on our way back from Mount Whitney. I really appreciated the variety of sandwiches and the option to customize them. Overall, it was a successful outing and everyone enjoyed their meals!

Went to go through Drive thru and got no service, even though it says “drive thru open”. Go to one of the other Subways in Cedar. They will actually give you service.
