Starbucks - Cedar City

Ordered a drink, it wasn’t made correctly and I politely asked for them to remake it, “Shay” was unpleasant and gave me a dirty look when I asked for my drink to be remade. The drink was made the exact same way. For how much you pay for a drink, i would think they would be more than willing to remake it, and not be rude about it.

This Starbucks is very nice the baristas were kind. Drinks were great. Thanks!

Why are the lattes basically milk now?: i used to love getting iced lattes and they were a rich dark color and now all i taste is caramel and milk: first pic is now , second pic is a year ago same drink order

I just love this store! Every employee there is so sweet and kind. Every Starbucks needs people like this in their lives!
