We use this location often. The staff is always friendly and the product is sufficiently stocked. However, getting in and out is a nightmare.
I purchased a $40 gift card, while they took the money out of the bank, they didn't activate it, leaving me in a pickle. Even with the receipt, none of the maveriks I visited would honor it. It took the corporate 32 hours to finally apply the funds. On top of that, not a single Maverik would allow me even a gallon of gas on them for the inconvenience... even knowing the situation this had left me in. Very disappointed in maverik customer service, as well as the lack of compassion or remorse for their error.
I visit this location nearly every day and have never had any issues with the staff; they are nice and friendly. However, I have encountered some challenges with parking at times, as the place gets quite crowded. My main concern lies with the front row of parking spots, which are marked with signs stating "customer parking 15-minute limit." This would be perfectly reasonable if the Maverick employees didn't park there every day for hours on end. I've witnessed this firsthand as I have often been there during shift changes and seen the employees coming and going in their vehicles. When the parking lot is busy, the only available spaces are much farther from the building, where the staff ought to be parking. I would estimate that at least five employees on each shift take up spaces designated for customers. It would be great if management could either remind the employees to park elsewhere and adhere to the signs or remove the signs altogether. After all, the signs say "violators will be towed at owner's expense," but it seems that employees are exempt from this rule. This situation certainly raises questions about how well management is handling things at this location.
