Brody's Mexican - Cedar City

Great fresh home made Mexican. Probably the best in Cedar.

I've visited this restaurant a few times, and I've consistently enjoyed the food. Their chips and salsa are excellent too. I'll definitely be returning.

I visited the restaurant after the lunch rush and started with an order of agua fresca piña. However, I was served horchata instead and was later informed that they had run out of agua piña. After taking a big sip of my water, I noticed some creamy, sticky residue on the inside of the glass. The staff quickly apologized and provided a new glass. I ordered the Chile verde burrito and requested a salad in place of the beans and rice, as those were included in the burrito's description. After eating about a third of the burrito, I discovered only a few grains of rice and no beans at all. When I opened it up, I found plenty of delicious, tender pork and sauce, but still no beans and just a few grains of rice. Overall, the service was decent and the salsa and chips were very tasty.

I stopped by for takeout and was pleased with how quickly my food was ready—it was exactly what I ordered. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant has plenty of seating options, including booths. Interestingly, the exterior doesn't quite reflect the interior, which is vibrant and lively.

The beef tacquitos, street tacos, chips, and salsa are very good. The enchiladas suizas were the best enchiladas my wife has ever had.
