Top Of Cebu - Cebu City

Excellent view of the City of Cebu from the restaurant tables. The food was good and very reasonably priced. Visitors and residents of Cebu should give this location restaurant a go

You will appreciate more the overlooking view of Cebu at night, and it was full moon. This is near Temple of Leah. Parking area is spacious. It is colder at night so it is nice to have a cup of coffee while enjoying the view CONS: despite the fact that you are at the “Top of Cebu”, cellular service is VERY LIMITED to NO SERVICE AT ALL. So if you prefer to take an IG story for the view, you can post that once you leave this place.

You will pay for the view. Food is delicious but limited choice for vegetable. Weather is kinda cold. Do not attend online meetings when you are there as there ia no signal. Overall, satisfied.

First time I visited the place. Good for chilling and relaxation especially on top viewing Cebu.

They said minors were not allowed. But I did see a 5-6 yo child dining there when we went. I guess there were exceptions. I think that the dining area we had was lit poorly. Or maybe it is just what they wanted for the ambience. Food was delicious. The lumpia was really big.
