Luca's Test kitchen - Cebu City

A modern restaurant in downtown Cebu City that offers tasty dishes with a unique flair. The chef is creative and innovative in presenting the food. The owner, who is also the chef, makes it a point to personally visit each table to ensure a great dining experience.

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to give Lucas a try. I ordered the goulash, expecting the European flavors to shine through. Unfortunately, I found the dish to be overly salty and lacked the traditional aromas I was hoping for. Additionally, the waitress failed to mention that the portion size was meant for 4-6 people.

The lucas test kitchen is located on the dach of ethos bloc apartments. it has a wide range of delicious dishes, including my favorite Italian dishes, and also many other dishes from all over the world, reasonable prices, soft background music, low enough to enjoy, but not...loud enough to talk to stifle. as it is a restaurant on the dach with an area outside, the restaurant has a beautiful view of the northern cebu. the drinks menu has a large selection of drinks, and the personal is friendly, charming and friendly.

I never expected that a restaurant in Mandaue will have the awesome combination of good view and great food. It is just close to my house and I never expected that this place has that wow factor. If you love art, Luca's feature some fine...art pieces as well. The food has a wonderful flavor profile and the restaurant offers several dishes that are not typically found in Cebyu restaurants. They have bagnet, pork and beans, cobbler and many more. Dishes were cooked with some advanced techniques and the sauces are excellent. Check this restaurant out.
