Ipar's Restaurante Y Bar De Tapas

Amazing paella, lovely service, nice restaurant setting with AC, comfortable seating and nice clean bathroom. The food tasted fresh with lots of flavour. Pricing is higher than other restaurants in Cebu, but in comparison to what we would spend in Australia for the same, we can look past it.

The Spanish food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and the best I have ever had! The prices are very affordable, much cheaper than Spanish restaurants in Bangkok. Each dish costs only 100-300 pesos. The desserts are also tasty, sweet and delicious.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic, with tables made of authentic antique wood. The Sangria was outstanding, as well as the Paella de Casa, Squid Ink Paella, and Calamari. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was delicious, and the waitresses were very attentive, constantly refilling our water without us having to ask, a rare find in many restaurants in Cebu. We will definitely be returning. I recommend adding some nice Spanish music to enhance the ambiance.

Me and my UK guest had a wonderful time in Ipar. We order a few dishes and all of them is great. The restaurant ambience is just nice for a good time talking which is important for us. The staff is friendly and helpful helping us make order to our liking and preferences.
