My wife and I had the best experiences at Peaks. Sam and Kelsey, along with their entire staff, take care of the coffee they roast, sell and serve. Amazing customer service, paired with an amazing product. Couldn't recommend enough!

Peaks has the best coffee! Sam and Eli taught me more about coffee than I thought there was to know. Kelsey is warm, friendly and always helpful. These people always have time for their customers and will stop what they do to have a conversation. It's a great place to stop and have cups or get beans for home, I guarantee you don't have fresh or better roasted coffee in Central New York!

From a trained brattier to large staff, we love to make the trip to Peaks any chance we get: Kelsey and Sam are real and right at the bottom.

My husband and I went to Peaks Coffee Company for the first time this morning for a date. The atmosphere was so inviting and the employees made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The coffee was AMAZING and sitting in front of their beautiful bay window looking out into the town made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend!
