Cazenovia Bagel Co.

I was in Cazenovia for a business trip and stumbled upon this little restaurant, which turned out to be my only option for a meal. Thankfully, the bagel I had was quite delicious, and the young staff provided excellent service. They even offered me a complimentary cup of coffee, and I appreciated the reliable open Wi-Fi they provided.

The service was quick, and the sandwich was tasty! The coffee was served hot. There was a great variety of options to choose from, including different cream cheese flavors.

The atmosphere is beautiful, and the bagels are delicious. However, I do have a complaint: the vegan cream cheese is not good at all. They should consider switching to a different brand.

The service was terrible. the bagels are hard and uncooked. I had Aldi Bagels who tasted better. 2/10 would not recommend. Actually, just go to Brueggers his cheaper and much better.

Employees could be a lot friendlier/upbeat and when I order food a certain way, it would be nice if they actually did what I requested. Food's ok, Great location with easy parking which I like. Always clean inside and quiet except for occasional odd music. Bagels are good but small, cream cheese is fresh. Wish there were more coffee options. The one time I ordered bacon and asked for it crispy it was all grease and grizzle so I don't order it anymore. Prices are reasonable and I like that a lot of the food is sourced locally.
