Cayuga Chips 'n More

When a restaurant serves such delicious food that even just driving by makes you crave their perfect golden fries, that is what I call a memory hunger. The fries are freshly cut and cooked perfectly, which is why all the locals make a stop at the trailer.

We decided to try this restaurant on a whim to experience some fresh, local cuisine. We ordered the Fish n Chips and Chicken Burger, and both were delicious. The use of local ingredients and the ambiance met our expectations perfectly.

The restaurant's hours are odd, and the food quality was not up to par. The fish was not cooked properly and the burger bun was stale. Given the limited dining options in Cayuga, they need to improve their offerings.

We just stopped randomly at this location to get some fresh local food. We ordered Fish n Chips and Chicken Burger. Both were awesome. As expected local ingredients and ambiance did not disappoint at all.

Hours are strange. Food was poor. Fish not cooked a the way and burger bun was stale. For not many choices in Cayuga they need to step up their game.
