le Lagardere - Caylus

Lovely spot in the old square. Very simple menu. Salads are best, tasty and substantial. The tartes are ok but the chicken tagine disappointing. Reasonable local wines at reasonable prices. OK for a quick lunchtime meal or snack. Not for special dining but does not pretend to be so.

Lovely place for lunch, so very typical French and in a lovely square and creating a great place to sit, eat and chat without any rush, the food was perfectly cooked.

Lagardere is a small bar/restaurant (food is only served at lunch time) on the main square. It has a great terrace that will be shaded if the sun is too hot but also has seating indoors for those long winter months. The service is friendly and good natured. It is a great place to go with kids or in groups (always good to call and reserve if you are more than four). Great food, simple but lovingly prepared, in generous proportions, with something for everyone on the menu.

Small family restaurant with very nice bosses. homemade meals at a very good price. I recommend it!

Excellent value quality price for this restaurant very well located. fresh and hearty salads, home fries are great. small card but for all tastes. We were placed under the kitchen window and my smell and my nose didn't fool me: I waited for my croque sir but it was done on site! friends tourists don't bother you to make your sandwiches on the holiday route: stop looking.
