De La Renaissance - Caylus

Passing through Caylus, we stopped at a restaurant. Excellent welcome, what can we say about the meal, worthy of a 5 star. Highly recommend.

We have just discovered this restaurant, ideally located in the beautiful village of Caylus. A most charming and delicate decor, full of freshness and warmth awaits you. The welcome is very friendly, you instantly feel welcome and very comfortable. A first lunch followed by a dinner a few days later and we are won over!! Tasteful menus and cards, excellent wines and a totally incredible cheese platter, nothing is left to chance. The very kind service is very professional, sit back and let yourself be carried and pampered, satisfaction is guaranteed!! Small establishment with a very pleasant setting. welcoming knowledge is present in this house and it is pleasant to find the French style. the room team is discreet, courteous, dynamic and efficient. the card is not an extension card and it guarantees an irreproachable quality of fresh and local products served as cold or hot entrances and dishes. nothing but the cheese trolley (not available in the summer on the terrace because of heat) is worth the detour. the boss, martine, helped after the season by his son, deficient in the room, begged by two apprentices, one in the kitchen and one in the room. I couldn't meet the boss, but I'm underodore that he has to practice his piano art in the kitchen. I strongly recommend this establishment.

Was in town for a night, all other resturants were closed sp we wandered onto the hotel. They were super friendly and the food was delicious. Very happy with the warm and friendly service too
