And this is not our fault to wait in the reception area in the cold weather.. Bad reception service.. No coordination.. No good management .. Overall it was a bad experience.
300 a night. Limited items in breakfast. Omelette or fried egg was available for extra payment. Water in rooms was for extra payment. The chairs were broken, curtain was torn from the rail and not sliding to cover the balcony, no mirror or dresser in the room but just one mirror in the bathroom. Cobwebs all around the balcony railing. They would not do room service if not requested. A few members of staff were polite and the others not... Most do not speak English.
Very dirty.. buffet food is 90% olives why i have to pay for break fast?? The toilet is disgusting and smelly. We informed that we need someone to clean the room ..they said once we checked out they will do!!!
First time being in that area and 1st time spent in a village-type hotel. It will not be fair to rank it 4 while it is 4 stars hotel that is precisely performing as it is supposed to be. The hotel is clean, safe, and in the middle of other similar hotels. This hotel is having a loopy, coffee shop and a restaurant. It serves free breakfast but other meals are not free. However, the breakfast is not charging at all with the same food selections. The hotel management shall consider better ventilation during the early morning since the smell of onions and fried eggs is reaching the hotel rooms.
Overpriced and the breakfast has limited options and not even fresh cooked eggs…doesn’t have laundry. The only good deed about the place is the staff were nice.
