Papa John's Pizza - CAVE CREEK

I ordered from here personally, and 3 times delivery, and 4 times the service and food was great!

This Papa John’s is outstanding! The app is user-friendly and keeps you updated on every step of your order, from preparation to the driver’s location. The delivery is incredibly fast, and the drivers are always friendly. I’ve never had any issues with my orders—they always arrive hot and fresh. It’s so reliable and delicious that it’s my top choice for pizza and wings. The wings are also fantastic!

The customer service was outstanding! The food was hot and absolutely delicious—everything was perfectly prepared. The staff were all very friendly! We ordered delivery for my mother, so it was my first visit to the restaurant. The place was clean and complied with all health and safety regulations. I left feeling very satisfied and happy! I just wanted to add that I LOVE MY PIZZA WELL DONE, which is the option I chose—yum!

This was my first order after moving to the area. It took an hour to arrive, but it was a Friday night, and we're on the outskirts, so I understand that. However, what I couldn't overlook was that the food arrived cold, and there was also a taco missing. It felt like a real test of patience! The driver seemed to be checking his work, but I'm not sure how that happened. The pizza was damaged, and the cheese sticks were in the same state. At least the driver maintained some distance while handling the food. We called back to report the issues, and the reorder process was much smoother. The new order arrived hot and was actually quite good—just what we needed to turn things around. So, the driver had some issues, but the manager handled the situation well and ensured the pizza was fixed. Overall, it was an excellent recovery.
